d1b8a7a7c5 Add runner docs versioned snapshot for v1.0.8 
Adds a versioned docs snapshot for Gitea Runner v1.0.8 (latest stable),
updates lastVersion and navbar to point to the new version while keeping
0.2.11 in the dropdown for historical reference.
